Best Dining at RIMBA and AYANA Resort Bali

1. Rock Bar Bali, AYANA Resort Bali

One of the most iconic venues at AYANA resort, Rock Bar is an experience like no other. Set atop natural rock formations overlooking the Indian Ocean, this bar is known for its unbeatable sunset views.

While it may not seem like a typical kid-friendly option, families are more than welcome to soak up the atmosphere here, especially earlier in the evening.

The venue offers a variety of light bites and tapas, perfect for sharing. The kids will love the novelty of the cliffside elevator ride down to the bar, and there’s plenty of space to sit and take in the dramatic scenery.

Rock Bar Bali is the perfect way to end a family day at AYANA resort—just be sure to arrive early to snag a prime sunset spot!

Hot tip: Don’t get to Rock Bar too early as it can be scorching hot in the sun. Instead, head there at around 5.30 pm and enjoy a drink overlooking the ocean, then go to Sami Sami or Kisik nearby for your family meals.

7. Kampoeng Bali, RIMBA Jimbaran

As Little E puts it with her eyes lighting up excitedly, “It’s dinner and a show!”

For something truly special, Kampoeng Bali offers an immersive cultural dining experience. Designed like a traditional Balinese village, the venue comes to life with live cooking stations and performances.
The buffet features a variety of local dishes, including barbecued prawns and the famous Bebek Betutu (slow-cooked duck). The kids’ meals are simple yet delicious, with options like white rice, chicken skewers, and vegetables, but they can also sample some treats from the buffet—mine love the prawn crackers and dessert selection!

What makes Kampoeng Bali stand out is the live Balinese performances. From a candlelit blessing ceremony to a dramatic kecak dance with fire twilring, the entire evening is an entertaining cultural showcase.

It’s not just a meal, but an experience our kids still talk about long after.

This unique dining option is available on Wednesdays and Saturdays, so be sure to book ahead!
