Eastland’s gorgeous Santa Photos backdrop is back for 2019!
It’s not your typical shopping centre Santa Photos set up with bad lighting and tired tinsel. At Eastland, Santa sits amongst a gorgeous Enchanted Forest and your photos are taken with him under a big oak tree. It’s very Enid Blyton magical!
There are a few minor tweaks to some of the props that are different from my photos (taken in 2018). The main one is that Santa’s chair is now covered in a dark cherry red velvet.
You can find Santa’s home at the Enchanted Forest, Level One, Central Mall, near Commonwealth Bank from Saturday 9 November until Tuesday 24 December 2019.
Note you cannot book Santa Photos sessions in advance this year – it’s purely a drop-in, line up service. You can find the session times and photo packages here. However, you will be able to book in Sensitive Santa Photo sessions in advance (more info coming soon).
AND if your loved one is a fur-baby than a human baby Eastland is also offering Pet Photography! You can bring your dog, cat, rabbit and guinea pigs (no reptiles or farm animals!) to see Santa at Town Square every Sunday and Wednesday, from 13 November to 11 December. You can find the session times and photo packages here and you will need to make a booking. Please note to confirm your Pet Photography booking you must accept the terms and conditions.
Eastland is also celebrating Christmas free drop-in Santa’s Workshop craft workshops from Saturday 9 November to Sunday 22 December. It’s at Level 1 near Bonds Kids and every day there’s a different activity, from making your own mini Christmas wreath, Christmas tree, Bon Bons, Christmas Cards and Christmas ornaments.
And if you need your gifts wrapped then head to ‘Elf Help‘ who will wrap your presents for a gold coin donation per gift, with all proceeds donated to the Salvation Army. Elf Help is available from Thursday 14 November to Tuesday 24 December on Level 2, near YD.
