Whether you call it mini golf or putt putt, Melbourne has a range of great miniature golf courses for you to tune up your putting skills. Even younger kids can have fun playing, especially as most courses have a range of imaginative and even quirky scenery throughout.

Check the details prior to visiting each course as opening hours are frequently seasonal, vary during school holidays and some mini golf courses would prefer golfers make a booking.

1. Holey Moley, CBD and Crown Melbourne

With multiple Australian locations, including mini golf in Melbourne CBD, Holey Moley combines 80s and 90s nostalgia with mini golf and a bar. 

Holey Moley is only for adults after 8pm, but during the daytime it’s a childhood paradise suitable for kids.

You can play 9 holes, 18 holes, 27 holes (CBD), and pricing is from $18.00 per person for 9 holes. You can order also food and drinks from the Holey Moley Menu and they take kids and adults party bookings too.

2. Glow Golf

Glow Golf is an 18 hole course, with each hole themed around an Australian icon, and 10 holes are set under UV lights.

A game at Glow Golf is $12, concession is $10, and children under 5 are free.

3. Yarra Bend Golf

Yarra Bend Golf has two 18 hole mini golf courses, named the East Course and the West Course.  The East Course is the easier of the two. Required equipment is provided.  A family pass for 18 holes is $55 and 36 holes is $70.

Plenty of onsite parking, other golf facilities including a driving range.

4. Goanna Golf

Goanna Golf is set amongst the Red Gums at the Yarrambat Park Golf Course. You can play 9 or 18 holes, and there are snacks available at Goanna Golf. You can book for groups, events and kids parties.

5. Albert Park Mini Golf

This is a new 18 hole outdoor mini golf course, open from 7am, 7 days a week. Albert Park Mini Golf can host kids parties, corporate events and group bookings. They even have gift vouchers – which would make a great Melbourne experience gift!

6. Sandy Mini Golf

Sandy Mini Golf has a single 18 hole golf course that is designed to cater to a range of ages and skill levels, with three differing tees on each course.  A family of 2 adults and 2 children costs $50.  Free parking is available.

7. Dingley Village Adventure Golf

Located at Spring Park Golf Course, there are two 18 hole mini golf courses; The Chasm and The Creek, which are indoors and outdoors respectively.  There is also a 9 hole golf course and pro shop at the Spring Park Golf Course.

8. Holey Moley Bayside

Similar to the other Holey Moley locations in Melbourne CBD and Crown, you can play 9 or 18 holes of mini golf at Holey Moley Bayside.

9. King Tutts Mini Golf at Le Mans Entertainment

11. Birdies Mini Golf Bar

Birdies Mini Golf Bar has created an 18-hole course that's unlike anything you’ve ever experienced! The par 60 course was designed with adults in mind so it's harder than it looks – but that doesn't mean kids won't enjoy it too. Just note that children under the age of 12 are only allowed until 5 pm.

12. Latrobe Golf Park

Adventure Mini Golf at Latrobe Golf Park has two courses to choose from, the Lakes Course and the Desert Course, or for a challenge you can play both!  A family ticket for 2 adults and 2 kids is $49 for 18 holes or $59 for 36 holes.  There is also a driving range at Latrobe Golf Park, and a bar and café for food and drinks.

13. Heathmont Golf Park

14. Wetlands Mini Golf ‘N’ Games

There are two 18 hole courses at Wetlands Mini Golf ‘N’ Games, and you can choose to play one or both.  A family pass for 2 adults and 2 kids is $47 for 18 holes or $69 for 36 holes. You can also host a kids party or celebration at the venue, with arcade games and café on the premises.

15. Maroondah Golf Park

Maroondah Golf Park has a mini golf with two 18 hole courses, and a driving range. A family pass for two adults and two children costs $45 for 18 holes and $65 for 36 holes.

16. Riverside Mini Golf

Riverside Mini Golf offers an 18-hole mini-golf course for $7.50 per person including all equipment and a score card. At the complex there is also a golf course, driving range, tennis, netball, high ropes course and pro shop.

17. Mt Derrimut Golf & Community Club

Formerly known as Sunshine Golf Club, the Mt Derrimut Golf & Community Club has an 18 hole outdoor mini golf course.  It’s open 9am – Sunset weekdays and 10am – Sunset weekends.  A family of 2 adults and 2 kids costs $40.  There is also a golf course, driving range and dining facilities at the club.

18. The Funderdome

I bet you've never played mini golf like this before!

Playas is The Funderdome‘s excellent, two-level, 18-hole crazy mini-golf course that was designed in collaboration with the world’s leading mini-golf course designer. The course that can be found at Highpoint promises golfers a unique golfing experience and an exciting challenge in a retro atmosphere inspired by Coney Island.

The Funderdome is open from Sunday – Thursday from 10am – Midnight and Friday – Saturday from 10am to 1am.

19. Bellarine Adventure Golf

Bellarine Adventure Golf, located outside Ocean Grove, is well worth a day trip.  There are two 18 hole courses, the Mill and the Mountain (the latter of the two is more difficult), and you can choose to play one or both during your visit.  There are drinks and snacks available, and plenty of free parking.

20. Pirate Pete’s Mini Golf at Maru Koala Park

If you’re on your way to Phillip Island, or are willing to travel in your quest to enjoy great Mini Golf courses, Pirate Pete’s is definitely worth a visit. There are several life size pirate figures, and multiple Australian landscape themed holes. An adult ticket for the 18 hole course costs $16, or you can buy an adult pass to Maru Koala Park for $30 and play Mini Golf for no additional charge.  Child and family tickets are also available.

21. Boneo Discovery Park

Home to famous sand sculptures, Boneo Discovery Park also has an 18 hole mini golf course! Kids and adults tee of from different markers to even the (friendly) competition! One game of mini golf is $15, or two games are $20, or you can play as part of an entry pass. There are also plenty of other activities at the park, such as rides and bungee trampolines.

22. Grumpy’s Crazy Golf

Grumpy’s Crazy Golf has an 18 hole under cover mini golf course, open 7 days.  Adults are $15 per person and under 15 years are $11 per person.

23. A Maze ‘N Things

At A Maze ‘N Things there is a unique 19 hole Maxi Mini Golf Course, designed to present a challenge even to experienced golfers.  A Maze ‘N Things also offers other attractions, including the Giant Maze, SkyTrail, Magic Manor, Puzzle Island and a café.

24. Lorne Sea Baths Mini Golf

Visit the beachside mini golf course at Lorne Sea Baths.  A family pass is $40, or you can get a super pass for access to all the activities at Lorne Sea Baths; swimming pool, bumper boats, aqua orb, trampolines and mini golf.  Lorne Sea Baths are open from 9am – 4:30pm daily, and there are several food and drink locations available.

While Adventure Park is most well-known for its water slides, it does feature a cool 18-hole mini golf course that's fun for all the family.
