Double the fun with this fantastic combo! First, meet Poot Poot the young owl in this delightful interactive show about learning wisdom. Then the kids can get their hands dirty (in the best way!) creating their own shadow puppets with experienced puppeteer Jenny Ellis.

This incredible free outdoor installation will amaze you! Massive, glowing sculptures of endangered flowers and plants tower above you like something from a fairy tale. This stunning installation by renowned Australian artist Amanda Parer features illuminated botanical giants that transform the Plaza into a magical wonderland.

4. Mural making workshop with Alison Lester (Libraries)

What a fantastic opportunity for budding artists! The kids get to work alongside this celebrated Australian children’s author and illustrator to paint a community mural inspired by the book “Imagine.” It’s free, it’s creative, and they’ll have something permanent to show their friends for years to come.
