There is no such thing as ‘too extra’ when it comes to celebrating the Easter School Holiday at The Langham Melbourne!
‘Be Bold, Be You, Be Extra’ is the theme of this high tea experience and guests of all ages are encouraged to come in their most bold and bright outfits for the occasion!
HIGH TEA FOR KIDS MELBOURNE
We are invited to a preview of the Extra Barbie Children’s High Tea and we are wowed by the beautiful and clever Barbie-inspired snacks and treats!
The children's menu features three tiers of incredibly tasty food, starting with savoury food consisting of a ham, avocado, cream cheese and tomato sandwich and turkey, mayonnaise, pickle, carrot and chives in a zucchini-tomato muffin
The second tier consists of warm treats including an arancini rice ball with chicken, sweetcorn and red pesto mayo and a quiche with oven-roasted pumpkin, braised leek, feta cheese and tomato jam.
The crowning glory is the Barbie Extra inspired sweets that take inspiration from Barbie's signature and iconic pink and purple colour scheme!
The stand comes with the following Barbie-themed high tea items:
- Bling Ring doughnut
- Red velvet cupcake with cream cheese frosting
- Vanilla shortbread crown cookies
- Raspberry filled chocolate lolly glitter pops
Finally, of course, there are scones with double cream, mango and orange jam!
As a bonus, the kids' high tea experience includes a special gift that kids can take home to enjoy or keep as a momento of this wonderful and luxurious experience.
They also gave out fairy barbies…
…and Ken dolls for the kids to play with while they're indulging in their snacks and to take home after the event!
