HOT: Tesalate Towel for Two – Best Sand Free Beach Towel Review

Since my last review of the sand free quick dry beach towels by Tesalate, the Sydney-based Australian company has released an awesome new product – the Tesalate Towel for Two!

Tesalate Towel

It’s an extra-large beach towel that’s the size of a beach blanket at 160cm x 160cm. And it wraps around two people easily!

The Tesalate Towel for Two‘s large size makes it the perfect accessory not just for family beach trips but as a picnic blanket for the park or playground.

Yet it rolls up small that you can just keep it permanently stashed in the car boot.

As with the standard size Tesalate towels, the Towel for Two comes in a brightly coloured pattern on one side (the colour range is a bit smaller than the standard towels) and Tesalate‘s signature graphic on the other side.

The towel is highly absorbent (it’s supposed to absorb 2 litres of water, but I refrain from tipping my water bottle out to test the claim) and completely sand-free.

We are given the Towel for Two to use as a test run. We take them to Williamstown Beach on a particularly windy day so the kids also love using it as a sail to race the seagulls!

After our beach visit we just flick off the sand, roll up the towels and I pop them into my bag. A Towel for Two basically takes up the same space as a standard beach/bath towel.

I take the towels home to wash in a washing machine (to get rid of the ice cream drips!) and simply hang them out to dry. You can also tumble dry on low but they are quick drying.

Tesalate really does make the world’s best beach towel and now with the Towel for Two you can have twice as much sand-free fun!
