Christmas Wonderland Melbourne

Brought to life by The Event Touring Company (who are the creators of the award-winning Sesame Street Circus Spectacular and Jurassic Creatures), Melbourne’s Christmas Wonderland will be an immersive, walk-through experience where you will see, feel and experience every bit of Christmas brought to life in the most magical way.

During the 2022 Melbourne Christmas Wonderland, guests will be able to see thousands of magical lights, a wonderland of snow leading straight to Candy Cane Lane and an adventure of festive proportions.

Upon arrival, you'll see Santa's sleigh parked right outside, indicating that you’ve arrived at the Christmas Wonderland

Walk through the spectacular green doors of Santa’s Castle Workshop to be welcomed by the first couple of Christmas, Santa and Mrs Claus. Along with them, you’ll also meet Santa's trusted team of elves who are hard at work and his group of jolly reindeer such as Dancer, Prancer and everyone’s favourite, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.

Inside, guests will be able to walk through and see Santa’s very busy Christmas workshop that is preparing around 2.5 billion toys that will be given to children around the world.

Other attractions guests can enjoy and look forward to are:

The North Pole Post Office is where you can find Mrs Claus ready to help little authors with their letters. All letters written here for Santa come with express delivery and are guaranteed to be sent directly to Santa;

Mrs Claus’s Bakery and Candy Land, where visitors are invited to make their own version of her world-famous Gingerbread. Additionally, during her baking breaks, Mrs Claus will host storytelling sessions at her Storytelling Corner for little ones who love to hear delightful Christmas tales; and

Rudolf’s Barnyard, where you’ll not only get to meet the most famous reindeer in the world, Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer, but also his fellow flying reindeers such as Dasher and Dancer, and more. If you’re lucky, you might even get the chance to see all eight Reinders on stage.

And if you thought the fun ended there, you were mistaken! There will be so much more to explore and enjoy in this interactive walk-through adventure, such as the multiple themed Christmas zones and live entertainment that is suitable for all ages.

Some of the confirmed zones and entertainment are a Christmas stage show, Snow Land – a huge wonder pit of over 20,000 colourful balls, a 30-metre x 10-metre roller skating rink, carnival games, Santa’s lounge room, Santa meet and greets, Santa photos and so much more!

There will even be two very special separately ticketed events, The Grinch Christmas Party (December 13 and 16 at 11.00am) and The Rudolf Birthday Party (December 12 and 14 at 11.00am). These both promise to be very exciting occasions.

Melbourne’s Christmas Wonderland will be open from Friday 25 November until Saturday 24 December 2022. Tickets are currently on sale for $28.50 + the booking fee. Family tickets for a family of four cost $100 + the booking fee and are available for Friday 6pm shows only. Note that for family tickets, at least one adult is required to attend and accompany the group. Each Family ticket includes two hours of access to the event.
