HOT: Jubilee Linear Park, Wyndham Vale

Jubilee Park Wyndham Vale

Jubilee Linear Park is a new playground within the Jubilee housing development and it offers a large community space for both current and future residents to enjoy.

The park has a unusual playground for children and a fitness zone for adults. The Linear Park highlights wellness zones for grown-up and the recreation centre sits among an abundance of open space.

The playground features custom-made elements. ย The two bent stainless-steel slides are aesthetically lovely and the encased tubular design means that they will remain cool during summer.

The two main slide towers are accessible by a rope climb only, so it’s only suitable for kids with long enough legs who are confident climbers. Baby 2.0 (4yo) is thrilled with his experience!

Jubilee Park Wyndham Vale

If you’re there with little kids who can’t climb up to the slides there’s still lots of fun for little kids.

Try the spinner, swings, water pump, stepping stones, sand pit with digger and mini trampolines.

There’s no shade and no amenities close by at the moment. However, the park is part of an ongoing pipeline project which is to be connected to the wetland playground. This will feature a ball court, a substantial kick about zone and a shelter complete with BBQs.

If you’re in need of food then I recommend heading back into Werribee CBD and trying out Truck Stop Deluxe.
