Garden City Reserve 'Portasaurus' playground, 47 Beacon Rd, Port Melbourne

Garden City Reserve is a charming well-landscaped park in the back streets of Port Melbourne and it is home to the โ€˜Portosaurusโ€™ playground.

The beady-eyed dinosaur pokes its head out from the tan bark, tongue lolling and spikes prickling. But itโ€˜s not menacing – itโ€™s all for play!

Elements of the Portosaurus are transformed into slides, benches and a rock climbing wall.
