These school holidays, give your little adventurers something to roar about! The Spartan Kids Holiday Workout Session at Saltwater Reserve on July 3 is a high-energy fitness experience built for kids who love to move, push their limits, and conquer obstacles — all in a fun, friendly environment.

Courses run 1–3km with 10–20 obstacles, perfectly matched to young competitors.

Tickets are just $15 and include a structured warm-up and workout session, a headband at registration, and a finisher sticker.

Kids also receive a discount code to sign up for the upcoming Melbourne Urban Spartan Kids Race.
