The Good Friday Appeal’s Kids Day Out is back on Friday 3 April 2026, transforming the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) into a fun filled family festival, with activities ranging from carnival rides, the popular Teddy Bear Hospital, art and crafts and much more.
