K-Publishing: Korean Art and Book Making for All Kids

K-Publishing is a free fortnightly workshop series at the Immigration Museum for children aged 7 to 12, where participants collaborate with Kids’ Own Publishing and the University of Melbourne to create an original Australian Korean picture book. Guided by local artists across seven sessions, kids explore Korean dance, food, puppetry, language and dress-ups, with their artwork and writing shaping the final publication. Sessions run on selected Saturdays from 28 February to 20 June, 1:30pm to 3:30pm, with the completed book launched on 25 July.
Free, bookings required. Participants are encouraged to attend all seven sessions.
