Baby 2.0 devours his sausage roll and salad with gusto ($12) while I tuck into a pumpkin bruschetta with goats cheese, rocket, beetroot relish, a poached egg and candied prosciutto ($16). It is tasty and fresh without being exceptional – more good homely food than fancy-pants brunch. Thereโ€™s a focus on local produce in the cafe kitchen as well as in the larder stocks.
