1. Mindfulness Coaching for Kids (6-12 years)
Kids will discover inner-strength, independence and mindfulness in this Zen Warrior online coaching class.
Theyโll be taken through a series of playful activities to explore meditation, reflect on their emotions, concentration and creativity, and learn about acts of kindness and the power of the mind.
