Sunshine Halloween Kids Street Party

The Sunshine Halloween Kids Street Party is on again from 2pm to 4pm. Hampshire Road, from Bennett Place to The Precinct Arcade, comes alive with roaming ghouls, scary characters, trick or treating, treasure hunts and kids’ craft. Decorated Halloween Dens let kids get their faces painted and grab lollies, treats or free mandarins for a healthy option.

Bennett Place at the Sunshine Library will be closed to traffic from midday to 5pm, with a small stage, kids’ activities and killer kids’ music from the amazing Cassidy Le Creme. Face painting dens will be on the Civic Green grass area and in Bennett Place. Get dressed up in your scariest outfit and stay for lunch or dinner at one of the local restaurants.

Schedule:

• Saturday 31 October, 3:30pm: Best Halloween Kids Costume competition decided at the stage, with fab prizes
• Saturday 31 October, 3:45pm: Halloween Treat Hunt drawn at the stage. Kids search shop windows for competition posters and visit all three Lolly Dens for a chance to win great prizes.
