Convent Sounds – Outdoor Brass Concert

Spread out a picnic rug on the lawns of Abbotsford Convent for an afternoon of live brass music in the heritage gardens. An 11-piece ensemble of musicians from the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra and the Australian National Academy of Music will play pieces ranging from Baroque classics to John Williams film scores and Prokofiev’s Romeo and Juliet.
All ages are welcome. Food, drinks and picnic packages are sold on site.
Good to know: Gates open at 3pm.
