Science Studio – Taking Flight

Discover the science of flight in this brand-new, hands-on STEM workshop at Scienceworks.

Kids and grown-ups collaborate, create, experiment, and play through six hands-on activities using everyday materials, exploring the forces that help things soar in an accessible, engaging way that is easy to continue at home.

A take-home activity booklet is included for extra experiments beyond the museum walls.

National Science Week sessions run Saturday and Sunday 15-16 August and 22-23 August, 1:30pm to 3:00pm.

Additional dates on 10 October, 14 November, and 12 December, same time. Tickets: Adult $15 ($10 member), Child 16 and under $35 ($28 member).
