Grampians BBQ Festival will make its debut in Halls Gap this Father’s Day weekend (4–6 September), bringing together Australia’s leading pitmasters, live-fire cooking, regional food and drink, blues and roots music, family entertainment and barbecue experiences against the backdrop of the Grampians (Gariwerd) National Park.

The three-day festival will also host Australian Barbecue Alliance and Steak Cookoff Association competitions, with more than $13,000 in prize money.

Visitors can enjoy local producers, artisan stalls, interactive cooking demonstrations and the BBQ Trail, connecting cafés, restaurants and retailers across Halls Gap and Pomonal in a celebration of food, community and regional Victoria.

Running from Friday 4 – Sunday 6 September.
