The Children’s International Film Festival returns for 2026 with its biggest edition yet, presenting 30 brilliant kids films from around the world across Melbourne cinemas.

Specially programmed for young cinephiles aged 3 to 12, highlights include The Last Whale Singer, Toy Story 5, Papaya, Little Amélie or the Character of Rain, Momo, and Pol the Pirate Mouse, with age recommendations listed for each film.

Screening from 6 June to 5 July at Classic Cinemas, Lido Cinemas, and Cameo Cinemas across Melbourne.
