Insite Arts and Compagnia TPO present Saltbush, an immersive and interactive journey through Australia’s First Nations culture for Early Years to Year 4.
Follow two friends and their spiritual guide as they travel on foot across river country, urban landscapes, desert, and sea, discovering how the land shapes personal journeys.
Using sensor and infrared cameras, young audiences interact, play, and perform in the show while parents and teachers watch them become involved.
Created by acclaimed First Nations artists including composer Lou Bennett (Yorta Yorta/Dja Dja Wurrung), visual artist Delwyn Mannix (Wangkangurru), and choreographer Deon Hastie (Tjapukai).
