At the Geelong Gallery RONE is transforming gallery rooms in response to the architecture and history of the building, and the Gallery’s collection.

He has just eight days (!) to install the show in Geelong so everything is mostly being created in the studio.

You’ll see the artist’s practice from early stencil works and street art to photographs documenting major installations that have transformed abandoned spaces, such as the sold-out RONE: Empire.

There are also a series of special events running alongside the exhibition: First Friday: Lisa Sullivan—RONE in Geelong, A day out—Beauty and decay and RONE in Geelong by Geelong Symphony Orchestra.

To get there Port Phillip Ferries operates passenger ferry services from Docklands to Geelong daily and if you present your Port Phillip Ferries ticket you can receive 20% off Adult exhibition tickets. Valid for same-day entry only.

  • Children under 5 years are free;

  • Pass-outs are available for same-day entry;
  • Seniors discount (concession price) available on Tuesdays only;
  • Weekday metered parking and free 2–hour parking on weekends is located in Little Malop St, Atchison Pl, Fenwick St and Ryrie St. The civic carpark located on Gheringhap St opposite the Town Hall offers parking Monday to Thursday from 7:30am to 6:00pm, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 7:30am to midnight (free parking after 6:00pm on Friday, all day Saturday and Sunday);
  • Food and drinks are not permitted in the Gallery spaces.
