DESCRIPTION:Reverb is a hit multi-sensory exhibition presented by ACMI and RISING\, taking audiences deep into the symbiosis between music\, art\, film\, and culture. \nOriginally staged at 180 Studios in London\, it features immersive works by artists including Stan Douglas\, William Kentridge\, Virgil Abloh\, and Kahlil Joseph\, diving into eras from early techno and house to Kingston’s dancehall scene\, the late-80s Second Summer of Love\, and beyond. \nExplore a sculptural sound system\, play with remixable vinyl loops\, browse The Vinyl Factory’s archive of 100 pressings\, and unwind in the acoustically optimised Listening Room. \nOn display at ACMI from Friday 22 May to Monday 31 August\, open daily 11am to 7pm with last entry at 6pm. Saturday and Sunday use half-hourly timed entry. \nTickets from $13 to $25\, with $10 entry after 5pm on 28-30 May.

DESCRIPTION:First Peoples Melbourne Art Trams are rolling into 2026\, with six new works that convey the limitless possibilities of First Peoples imagining. \nCurated by Taungurung woman Kate ten Buuren\, this year’s edition celebrates the power of Blak imagination and presents artworks by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists with connections to Victoria. \nSix trams will be transformed into moving canvases across the city\, launching during RISING and remaining on the network for 12 months. \nThe sixth tram\, which honours an artist that has significantly contributed to First Peoples art history\, will be announced in April.
