Colour See the World in a New Light ScienceWorks
Dates: 21 March – 26 January 2027

Scienceworks presents 21 playful exhibits across four zones (Seeing Colour, Coloured Light, Changing Colour, and Making Sense of Colour),. Families can explore colour, illusion and perception through hands-on experiments.

Entry is $25 for adults, $22 for seniors, $10 for children, $10 concession, and $8 for members.

CURIOSITY Building Breakthroughs in LEGO® Bricks!
Dates: 3 March – 29 November

CURIOSITY: Building Breakthroughs in LEGO® Bricks! is an epic, hands-on exhibition for all ages at Discovery Science & Technology Centre in Bendigo, running Tuesday 3 March – Sunday 29 November 2026.

Visitors can explore LEGO® creations that introduce engineering, maths and science in playful ways, plus build their own designs.

Open 10am – 4pm Tuesday to Sunday during Term and daily during school holidays at Bendigo's Discovery Science & Technology Centre, access to CURIOSITY is included in General Entry.

ROME Empire, Power, People
Dates: 1 April – 25 October

Explore Ancient Rome through over 150 original objects dating from the 1st to 3rd Century CE, all displayed in Melbourne for the first time ever, at Melbourne Museum.

BGO Easter Fest
Dates: 3 April – 6 April

Over the Easter long weekend, Bendigo’s Rosalind Park and surrounding streets come alive with family-friendly entertainment, stage shows, hands‑on activities, live music, roving performers and an Easter egg hunt.
