The Elf on the Shelf: A Christmas Tradition® is returning this year to capture the hearts of many more families this Christmas.
The Elf on the Shelf: A Christmas Tradition® is a magical story that explains how Santa’s scout elves help him manage his naughty or nice list. Each beautifully illustrated children’s hardback book comes as a part of a keepsake boxed set including one of Santa’s scout elves, whose job is to watch during the day and report to Santa every night.
When a family adopts a scout elf and gives it a name, the scout elf receives its Christmas magic and can fly to the North Pole each night to tell Santa Claus about all of the day’s adventures. Each morning the scout elf returns to its family and perches in a different place to watch the festive fun, creating a unique family moment. Children love to race around the house and see where their scout elf has landed.
The Elf on the Shelf is encouraged to be used every day from 1 December until Christmas Day, when the scout elf returns to the North Pole for another year!
The Elf on the Shelf traditions is available nationwide with official retail “Adoption Centres” opening across Australia including Myer department stores, Dymocks booksellers, and independent specialty store locations.
